Benjamin Graham is the father of value investing with his book The Intelligent Investors (first published in 1949) still the bible for any aspiring value investing and the phrase price is what you pay value is what you get still rings true today.
But how does he identify a value investment and how do we implement it into our investing as a value investor?
This video will detail the two processes Graham used for value investing for defensive and enterprising stocks and the process was far from easy with no stocks meeting the criteria. Is the JSE too small or is it simple over valued? A great Q&A session followed with some excellent ideas being thrown around but perhaps most importantly the process really got one thinking.
