| Description:
The Satrix Low Volatility ETF provides diversified exposure to highly liquid mid- and large-cap South African listed equities that have attractive low-volatility attributes. Low volatility is measured as a combination of price stability and stable sales- and earnings growth numbers. The index is rebalanced quarterly and uses an optimization process that targets the desired low volatility attributes while reducing risk concentration. Constraints, such as turnover limits and single stock and sector exposure limits, are also used to reduce overall costs and help ensure risk diversification. The ETF pays out, on a quarterly basis, all dividends received from companies comprising the index, net of cost. |
