CoreShares | 10X
Back in May of last year it was announce that 10x would be buying CoreShares.
The transaction completed earlier this year and now we have a number of changes effective Wednesday 6 September.
The key change for investors is around names, what was called CoreShares Total World Stock Feeder ETF (JSE code: GLOBAL) will now be called 10X Total World Stock Feeder ETF with the same JSE code.
Other changes include;
- Change in Trustee/Custodian of the Manager,
- Change to Registered Address and contact details of the Manager,
- Change to Investment Manager of the ETFs, and
- Changes to the board of directors of the Manager.
Your holding, the make up of the ETF, the total expense ratio (TER) will all be the same, so this really is just cosmetic.
