FNB has been listing a number of Exchange Traded Notes (ETNs) covering a range of offshore stocks such as Tesla, Apple, Microsoft and more. Recently they also listed a series of ETNs tracking US indices covering global water, global clean energy and socially responsible investing.
These new ETNs all come in two flavours. The first includes the full impact of the exchange rate while the second removes any currency effect so one just gets the moves in the underlying stocks or indices.
This Power Hour is presented by Nic Riemer, Investment Education Head and Chantal Marx, Head of Research from FNB. They will detail the difference between an ETN and ETF as well as going into details on the different currency impacts and the list of available indices and stocks.
