Satrix Launching Global Balanced Fund of Funds ETF

Simon BrownETF Blog, Latest

Currently in IPO this ETF and offers a great ETF for the core of a portfolio. The underlying funds are all offshore so it will also offer a Rand hedge nature.

I chatted with Nico Katzke from Satrix and he explained the funds inside the ETF as;

  • 45% MSCI world
  • 10% EMs
  • 10% Listed infrastructure
  • 5% Global listed property
  • Bonds and short duration corporate credit

The IPO is currently open and closes at 12:00 on Monday, 25 November 2024 with he listing set for 04 December 2024.

As we don’t know the listing price (because we don’t know what the ETF value will be at listing) you would subscribe for a Rand amount and will get full allocation.

The details are as below;

  • JSE code: STXGLB
  • TER: 0.35%
  • Tax-free: Yes
  • Quarterly distributions
