It’s been a good 2024 for markets locally and globally and locally listed ETFs have had a good run.
Below is the winners list for the first nine months to end September and it’s all about property stocks (REITs) with bonds and some tech holding on. But this really has, finally, been the year for those long hated REIT ETFs.

On the red side this is the entire list, so not many at all, and dominated by the PGMs with a few surprises. Some are even now showing a red 5-year CAGR.
