Keillen Ndlovu

This Standard Bank Power Hour will be presented by Keillen Ndlovu, Independent Property Analyst.

After a very strong 2024 the sector remains at a discount to net asset value (NAV) and the presentation will explore recent trends in the listed property index and assess various direct property sectors, including retail (and online shopping), office, and industrial properties, as well as office-to-residential conversions.

Keillen will cover debt levels, equity raised, and the allocation of listed property within balanced funds, while also highlighting net flows from retail investors.

Additionally, the presentation will incorporate feedback from recent local and international site visits, providing an outlook on earnings, opportunities, and challenges for the listed property sector.
